Mr. Jeppson did not seek to delay his sentence. It was actually the government who requested the continuance. They wanted more time to reply to the Motion for a new trial.

IS a request in the delay for sentencing.

It is asking for a new trial...he could be in prison and request a new trial...especially based on withheld/new evidence. The court docket shows it is the government who requested the continuance for the sentencing hearing.

Keep them in jail for the 13 years it's been since she was killed plus until they tell where shes burried. And then Hang 'em.
