When Adenhart was sent up a picture in the local paper showed him just before releasing the ball. His front leg showed his knee locked. This will keep the ball up. He should have someone check him to see if he is bending his front leg. Secondly, he obviously was nervous when he got called up. That tends to speed up your motion. When your motion is too fast, your body comes through before the arm also leaving the ball up. He should slow his motion a little bit and see if that doesn't allow his arm to come through and bring his ball down in the strike zone.
