Will it be easier to enforce law in Afghanistan since it is run by narrow minded religious types like Utah?

Yes, mahonri, the people of both Utah and Afghanistan understand "Law and Order" and "Respect and Honor" are all in the Bible and in the Koran. When the Al-Qaeda men realize that to try to be in God's place as the judge, this is to dishonor God, then they will become people of peaceful ways. When there is a legitimate court and the laws please God, who is most merciful and kind, then if the person who is at court prays to God, then the judge will decide in accordance with what the laws say, or God Himself, without any help from men whom He created, God Himself will end the wicked judge's life. It is against God to try to become the law. God Lives. God judges countries and courts and judges and people. For our own sake we must not obey the wicked, even if they seem powerful. God is powerful. And so the professors in Utah have an easier time to train the Afghanistan students to understand our American Legal System.
