Having met Bill Bonn, who is an architect involved in licensing a number of health care facilities, he is sharp, and does a great job. He has been understaffed. I am not sure who does all the inspections, but the state people I know are good.

Most of the facilites I have been are pretty good as well. We have a few that need to be closed down and the license sold to someone else. If you know one, let the state know.
