@ Dirk... Why should the guy be in jail? Just because Dirk doesn't like what he did? Because their's no "LEGAL" reason he should be in jail. He didn't break any laws. If he had broken a law in front of all those witnesses, don't you think he would at least be charged with a crime?

I guess this is an opinion page, so Dirk can say he wants, but if we start putting people in jail who broke no laws (just to make people like Dirk happy) that would be a mistake.

YAY! I'm so glad that this guy wasn't charged with anything! He acted not only in self-defense but as a guard he saved all of the people around him.

The "security guards" at Mamas Plantation restaurant are pretty big men. Did they really need to shoot the guy,let alone shoot to kill?
I highly doubt this was a life threatening situation.
