This is awesome, big fan. Do you know if any,many, or all of these farmers markets cater to organic produce? Similarly, do you know of any CSAs near the sugar house area. I am moving to Utah in the fall and was hoping to find some local, organic food supply systems whether I am involved in the sustainability component is not necessary but desired.

Any ideas? Thanks for the article!

Lets support small local growers trying to do good things. It's good to be reminded that without land, we have no food.
