Seems an appropriate commemoration. More public officials should have their names attached to such public works. If a trend develops it might make legislators think twice about their performance.

Bush has put this country right down the toilet since he's been in office. Naming a sewage plant after him would be poetic justice. It's a perfect way to commemorate his administration.
