Congrats for doing this in our city!

I will do this and it is perfect with the product I just bought from a local mfg, inthinc. the "tiwi" talks to my kid when he is speeding, it knows the speed on the street! It tells u where they are, it is has an emergency call button too. tells when the seatbelts are not buckled and if their is aggressive driving in the car...its amazing and it is in nascar too. go to this school and buy a tiwi, you will have the best for your kid

Take away their stupid cell phones. There is no call that is so imprortant you have to risk your life and the lives of others.

Wow! Nice to see this being done in our state! What is "tiwi"? From the comment above, it appears it would bridge the gap from a great drivers training program to continuing the education by talking to the driver...?

Where can I get more info on both programs?

Ok...drivers ed. Interesting concept. Now, what about the parents? Drive right, pass left. Don't "camp in the left lane!, observe speed limits, don't flip everyone off, this is God's Country, so why drive like H--- all the time. Get off the cel phones and actually get a life, instead of prentending you have one. Use a blinker when you change lanes and....the bigggie, smile and be kind....we can all contribute and actually make a difference. Just a thought.

At last a program that takes the perils of teen driving seriously. Very impressive stuff. I wanna know more ... and what about this tiwi thing? Does it really mentor the driver on speeding? I like the GPS angle too. Somebody tell me more. Is it available?

I have two teen drivers. After reading about these clases, I want them to enroll! And, I also know about tiwi: a neighbor of mine helped create the technology, and we got to test the first product. Now we own it. It teaches our kids to drive safer and it give me, the parent, so many tools to manage their safety. Best investment we ever made ... gives us the peace of mind that we are doing all we can to protect our kids.

Tiwi? More info please??? I have a teenage driver with a driving permit and I'd like him to practice more before he actually gets a driver's license. Perhaps an article that explains more about the tiwi please?
