Great idea and best of luck to your venture. I live in California and haven't even seen too many of these stores here!
wonderful! | 7:59 a.m. July 23, 2008
I wish your business great luck. It is a bold but impressionable move opening such a wonderful store in Utah; a state so void of comprehending the environmental consequences of their lifestyles.

the impact of repurposing materials, regenerating local economy (local farms), and lessening the impact of traveling goods will hopefully be recognized by people in your area- and maybe, you can make some good money at the same time.

Oil companies should take note :)

She might as well cash in on this green thing while it lasts. Good luck and maybe Al Gore will drop by while he is in town someday in the future.

too bad it is all the way in Ogden. If she is successful enough maybe she could open one in SLC as well.

"Green" is a fad, like SUVs and hula-hoops. No reason not to capitalize on it.

By contrast, a low-impact lifestyle is nothing new. Devotees have been doing it for years, apparently without a "green store" to shop at. When I was a boy scout, many years ago, I was taught to "leave no trace" when camping... and in my case, the philosophy has kind of carried over into real life. (As intended?)

All that extra money I'd need to shop at a green store goes to buy gas. I don't even want to think about the price hikes needed in that store to make a profit. All that eco-friendly merchandise is just too hard on my duct-tape wallet.

Thank you for reminding us that our choices have an impact on the planet we live on.
Great idea!! | 7:35 a.m. July 31, 2008
What a great idea!! We all need to start doing something to help preserve the environment. Our kids are going to see the impacts of what we have been doing to the earth, but if we all start minimizing our impact maybe our grandkids will be better off. So many people have the idea that being green is too expensive, but some things are worth it. If more people started going green the prices of these types of products will begin to decrease. I wish you the best and wish I would have thought about the idea myself! I have been in the store, it is very reasonably priced. I've purchased the organic bath products and LOVE them, bought the organic T-Shirt and oh it is so comfortable. The baby clothes are adorable!! LOVIN’ IT!!!!
