It's getting hard to be a parent, you get charged with abuse if you try to control children, and face criminal charges if you don"t.

Did you forget that Kennecott has NOT been required to actually clean up the 70 square miles aquifiers, under the southwest valley, that THEY POLLUTED?

They just get to clean up the water pumped to the surface.

There is a world of difference between cleaning up polluted water that is currently pumped and immediately used, than to have to spend $1 billion to clean up the polluted aquifier for posterity.

That future clean underground water might be insurance against future water needs in times of global warming.

Or is that unimportant in the eyes of the Deseret News?
