Stacey, You need to publish your picture with each review. Of course if you did, you'd need to hire a professional "taster" to make sure you live to publish another restaurant review. I'm going to go to the Lighthouse Diner to taste for myself. It can’t be that bad…there are usually dozens of cars parked in the lot right around the diner.

If you do decided to ever put your picture with your review, then I would suggest taking turns in taking a few football linemen to sit at the table with you, just to see how wide the eyes of the restaurant owners and managers could open. Take turns between football players from the different colleges in Utah....LOL!! Just an idea.

Perhaps they had a bad night. We have eaten dozens of times at the Lighthouse. The people are friendly, the food is fresh and great tasting. Anyone can have an 'off night'. I seems unkind and unnecessary to punish a restaurant with a terrible review like this. If this place was as bad as you portray they would have gone out of business long ago. Why not go to a restaurant several times to get a decent measure of the place?
