I am sure the "estimated cost" of $14,687 quoted in the story above is wrong. Can you run a correction?
(You simply can't pave anything for $14,687 these days, much less a 14 mile trail.)

Yeah! That sounds like a bargain! If it's really only $14,687, DO it!
