For anyone who wants all of the bake-off recipes, I was told at the fair that if we convince the State Fair Board that people are interested, they will post the winning recipes. To contact the administration office, their phone number is (801) 538-8400 or email: utstfair@fiber.net
Having been to 6 of the bake-offs this year, I can guarantee there were lots of fabuluous foods made. I'd love to have recipes for the other entries, but I can't convince the State Fair board by myself!
