I have already lost 10 pounds in two months thanks to watching my calories and exercising 3 times a week. This simple method really does work! When eating out I even look online to check calories; you'd be surprised at how many entrees at some restaurants contain your entire caloric intake for the day!

Lynch said fast-food menu boards are already crowded with numbers. "Consumers are already saying, 'Boy those menu boards are hard to understand.' Now you add a whole extra set of numbers," he said.
Ummm... I think that the general population could differentiate all those hard numbers and facts about the food. We are all not idiots. Give me a break!! His statement makes us seem like a bunch of uneducated rednecks.

I've been getting calorie information from the web sites of some fast food outlets for quite a while now, but having the information available right on the menu is a great idea.
I wish more restaurants would provide the information, though -- some don't even have it available online. (Quizno's, I'm looking at you :C )

I've worked in customer service for almost a decade and I'm surprised that more than 75% of the populace can tell a cat from a dog. In fact I know someone who mistook a possum for a cat and took it home.
Anyway, I can totally see people going in and trying to pay for their meal in calories. "Is that meal the #7 or 800?" "Is that burger really 500 dollars?"
