You should stop, get back on Meth and blend into our streets of Ogden. It must be a glorious life since everyone is using meth in Ogden...

Marijuana users shouldn't even be allowed into treatment. They'll either stop using or they won't, but they're not hurting anybody and treatment won't help them at all. They're just taking up space that could be used for people with actual problems.

They are all conspirators in getting illegal drugs. Prosecute and put them cold turkey in jail. A jail like Joe Arpaio in Arizona. No amenities, cheap turkey hotdogs and water and cots in tents. Cold turkey withdrawal. Make it as miserable as possible. They are drug addicts and criminals, each and every one of them. Quit coddling them and make jail so fearsome they will leave the State rather than face more time inside.
