What a waste of a book--if you can't make jello, you are in real trouble. There are no nutrients in it-just empty calories. Talk about dumbing down cooking!!

(The book isn't about making Jello, it's about using gelatin to make a variety of other desserts.)

I read the article. The article is good. I didn't read nor will I buy the book. Dumb!!

To Anonymous, isn't is great that we live in America and can agree to disagree. Some of us like these cookbooks that give us different ideas on how to use a product besides the obvious "add water,stir,refrigerate."

Do you really think this book would have ever been published if the authors weren't employees? I can see it now--Look at all these books we edit. It can't be that hard--let's do it too. Dumb!!
