Congratulations again, Amelia. Great job on the cake!

It wasn't printed here, but Amelia is also going to be on KSL's Studio 5 this Friday at 11am. She will have her cake there and will be sharing some tips and a recipe.

Also, she is having a open house this Saturday at the Carmelle Reception Center in Salt Lake City, starting at 10am. She will have the Love Letters cake there, as well as some samples of her cake recipes. Refreshments will be served.

You can see all of the details on her website as mentioned at the bottom of the article.

I would also like to add my congratulations Amelia. You probably don't remember, but my daughter and I met you at the show. In fact, I think my husband almost ran over your foot with his wheelchair in his hast to see your beautiful cake up close! The sheer thought of such an enduring romance brought tears to my eyes. I entered two cakes in the Adult Advanced. Taking 1st, 2nd, Best in Division, and get picked for Brides Magazine at my first show was amazing. But, the best part of that weekend was meeting and talking with such wonderfully talented artists as yourself. I have never met so many professionals willing, and eager, to share their knowledge with others and I just wanted to thank you for your kindness.
