How curious it is that Boozer starts the preseason the same way he spent his Olympic experience, on the bench.

BOOZER IS ONE OF THE BEST POST PLAYERS IN THE LEAGUE AND WE WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER GET EQUAL VALUE FOR HIM IN A TRADE. Millsap may have defensive skill but he is still lagging offensivley. If anyone thinks gerald wallace would fill that role they don't understand basketball. who's better than or equal to boozer? elton brand? drew gooden? david lee? c-vill? amare stoudimire? no no no no and no the player you are looking for is not playing in the nba right now. im glad fans like you arent kevin o'connor because tha would be a shame. your not even an armchair GM

Jimmy Z Moron....
I'm with you until Amare Stoudimire. I'd trade Boozer for Amare. Or how about Al Jefferson? He's a monster and played very well on a very bad team.
Bottom line is that Boozer is a very good player and he's proven that. But fans should expect some level of toughness out of an NBA player and Boozer has also proven he is lacking in the toughness department.
You can't discredit Milsap's offensive ability until he gets starting minutes with the starters! I think he could score as much as Boozer does each game (about 20 pts), and surpass Boozer's rebounds with the same amount of minutes. We don't know until Milsap is thrown into that position.

History shows you do not need much scoring at all out the power forward postion to win a championship.
Just look ata the last 30 years or so:
Lakers - Rambis
Detroit - Mahorn, ben wallace
Houston - I can't even remember who they had but didn't contribute much scoring.
Chicago - caffrey, rodman
The only ones to ever contribute offense at power forward where those who where 7' foot tall played defense and had no real good center.
Boston of the eightes may be an exception but they had great players at every postion. although mchale did come off the bench, their starter wasn't counted on for much offense.
But defense from the power forward was a definite must for every championship team.

bench. This guy is a flop. Please lets play Paul
Millsap and trade Boozer off for a big guy that compete in the middle. Is there anyone out there
we can get. You know Boozer is going to leave after
this season. Count on that>>>>>
