It's not only the future but the present that we need to be concerned about. For those who have been paying attention for months there is a striking difference between the two candidates.

The seasoned candidate, the one with all the experience and the credentials, has run a flawed campaign with contradictions, errors in judgment, often caught unprepared and boastfully repetitive with "I know how" without explaining exactly with the goal is or how they would get there. The jaw-dropping spur of the moment decisions without foundation are troubling. Policy advisers come from a pool of old lobbyist friends, but few outside experts. It's difficult to have any vision for the future if you have no handle on the present.

The new guy, "That One" without the necessary "experience," has been amazingly steady. He has had no blunders with the campaign staff in a hectic year and a half, while keeping a steady course with a consistent message always up to date and pro-active and forward looking in his outlook. Advisers have been culled from a wide spectrum across all relevant areas. Being well grounded, well informed and disciplined is pretty good preparation for the future.

TO "Times Zones | 12:42 a.m." you can say that both canidates have a "flawed campaign with contradictions, errors in judgment".

If you listen to Biden and Obama's comments the contradict eachother.

Biden said that Obama was not ready to be president, now Biden is the VP canidate.

Obama says no new coal power plants, Biden says we need more clean buring coal plants.

Obama says that Rev Wright is like an uncle and he could never disavow him, now Obama left that church.

Obama says we need Washington Outsiders, then selects a 36 year Washington insider.

Obama said the surge didn't work, then he said the surge did work.

Both choices are flawed, McCain isn't perfect, but I agree with him much more than with Obama.

What don't you think and how will you express it? Senseless.

.....if you listened carefully to Obama,he didn't really answer the debate question. One thing to remember, Obama is a trained lawyer. Mr. Smooth who can bluff his way out of anything.
It would be interesting to see how he holds up to world leaders. Smooth talk won't keep Iran from getting nukes without some experience and tough diplomacy.

I honestly think I could stand him more if he didn't lie so much. He blames everyone else for ALL the bad, and claims credit for everything good that happens in the world.

Democrats were as much to blame in the economic crisis as the Republicans!

For all those who are undecided, here's a great read. Obama Nation, by Jerome Corsi.

The media and hollywood elites want Obama to win and are belittling those who support McCain.

Investigate. Do some homework. Don't just vote blindly without knowing more about Obama.

Tisk, tisk, tisk...we've done our homework. We respect the service McCain has done for our country but know that he's not a man that can have the job of president. We've known McCain for a couple of decades. We've not voted for him for 2 elections now. He's done. He should have been stopped from running by the RNC. That book is fiction. Really, if you want to read a good fiction book there are much better works out there. To base an argument on the contents of that book is laughable. Nothing in it is corroberated with anything close to the truth.

Not corroberated, hodge-podge of made up ideas and innuendo. It's fiction....and not even good fiction.

I've come to the conclusion that Obama is the only one with any kind of grip at all. The Republican ticket and supporters have lost their sense of decency.
