beautiful, inspiring story and then the last sentence just kind of ruined it. sounded kind of rude to me. Good luck Heaps family--the part that touches me the most is the older sister going through this for the younger.

With their own dire needs at home, it would surprise most people how much Matthew and Jill Heaps have given to others. This is a family that is intimate not just with receiving, but with with helping others as well.

Wonderful story about great people and how individuals can voluntarily help each other.
THIS IS NOT A BAILOUT--unless you are intimating that this family's poor judgment caused the problem.
So, please, don't try to be cute--this family's problem is serious, and so is the economy.
