I just hope it's not too late. The frenzy the McCain has raised is scary.

John McCain defended Barack Obama with the following partial quotes; "decent person and a person that you do not have to be scared of as president of the United States." Mr. McCain also said "He's a decent, family man, citizen". That is REALITY from no less authority than John McCain. Now to finish the last quote; "that I just happen to have disagreements with on fundamental issues and that's what this campaign is all about." The last part of the sentence is the IDEAL. Hopefully all four candidates can come closer to the IDEAL of dealing with fundamental issues with honesty and civility.

At a political rally on Friday did anyone else hear McCain refer to Barney Frank as Barney Fife?
He has done the memory of Deputy Fife a huge injustice. I believe he owes the family of Don Knotts an apology.
