By the year 2400?! This piece is a joke, surely. No computer model has the resolution to predict something like this and any other kind of prediction would be mere fantasy. Give us credit for being smart enough to see the need for some real science here. The ocean's chemistry is far more complex than this man intimates. I've seen many far-fetched claims aimed at getting research money lately but this one definitely takes the cake and has no place in a scientific exploration of global climate change and humankind's role in it. This guy has simply figured out that the global warming/cooling/changing routine cash pot is running low and wants to try a new twist on it to see if he can wring out a little more money.
